The training I have had has been very informative and the pace of the sessions has been adjusted to my needs. Amber’s knowledge is extensive and, during the session, she has been extremely helpful and made sure that I fully understood everything I was learning.

Amber also provides an out of session service where I am able to contact her if I face any difficulties with my software. This can be extremely useful as sometimes, regardless of the amount of training that has been given, adjusting to new software can be challenging and knowing that I have assistance available throughout is very reassuring.
